The Periodic Table Of Tennis
Just like the periodic table organizes the elements, our 47 Periodic Process organizes tennis development. Each “element” lesson builds on the last — from fundamentals to advanced play.
It’s how we build smarter, more confident players.

Building The Foundation
(Beginner Curriculum)
The Beginner 47 curriculum establishes the technical and athletic base for every player. Each lesson focuses on core fundamentals — footwork, balance, contact point, and basic rally rhythm — through structured, coach-led progressions. Players learn correct mechanics and spatial awareness while building confidence and consistency.
Goal: To create solid, repeatable technique and movement habits that prepare athletes for higher-level tactical play.

Developing Competitive Patterns
(Intermediate Curriculum)
The Intermediate 47 transitions players from stroke reliability to tactical awareness. Lessons emphasize movement efficiency, shot selection, and live-ball decision making. Coaches guide players through directional control, transition footwork, and the mental rhythm of point construction.
Goal: To bridge technical foundation with strategic execution — developing adaptable players who can manage tempo, angles, and rally pressure.

Mastery And Performance
(Advance Curriculum)
The Advanced 47 is designed for players pursuing elite performance and mastery. Each session refines tempo control, anticipation, and situational decision making through complex drills and competitive scenarios. The focus shifts from form to flow — blending technical precision with mental resilience and tactical sharpness.
Goal: To produce match-ready athletes who thrive under pressure, sustain intensity, and think the game at a professional level.
