How It Works at AG Tennis Academy

AG Tennis Academy follows a structured, evaluation-based approach to tennis development. Our programs are designed to provide clarity, consistency, and long-term progress rather than random or drop-in instruction. Every participant follows the same intentional process to ensure proper placement and effective training.

Step 1: Evaluation & Intake

All new players begin with an evaluation. This allows us to understand current skill level, experience, goals, and any additional support needs. For families connected to schools, therapists, or community organizations, the evaluation also helps determine appropriate next steps for funding or referrals.

Step 2: Review & Placement

Once the evaluation is submitted, our team reviews the information and determines the most appropriate program tier or pathway. Placement is based on development readiness, not age alone, ensuring players train in an environment that supports confidence and progress.

Step 3: Program Enrollment

After placement guidance is provided, families may enroll in the recommended program or membership. All programs follow a structured curriculum designed to promote consistency, discipline, and measurable development.

Step 4: Ongoing Training & Progress

Players train within their assigned tier while building skills, routines, and confidence over time. Progress is monitored continuously to ensure players are developing appropriately and prepared for future advancement.
This process allows AG Tennis Academy to maintain high standards, clear expectations, and a positive training environment for every participant.
