The Periodic Table of Tennis™: Overview 🎾

The Periodic Table of Tennis™ is a structured, progressive training program designed to develop players systematically over three tiers: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each tier contains 47 lessons, carefully designed to build skills, strategy, and performance in a logical sequence. The system ensures that no matter which coach a player trains with, their progress is tracked and consistent.

Tier 1: Beginner – Developing Fundamentals (47 Lessons)

Lessons 1-15

Lessons 16-30

Lesson 31-47

Goal: Introduce new players to the fundamentals of tennis and build a strong foundation.

​Introduce movement patterns, footwork drills, and rally consistency.

Incorporate basic match play, serve/return techniques, and understanding simple strategies.

Focus on grip, stance, and basic strokes (forehand, backhand, volleys).

OUTCOME

Players finish the beginner tier with reliable strokes, proper movement, and a basic understanding of tennis strategy.

Tier 2: Intermediate – Developing Competitive Patterns (47 Lessons)

Lessons 1-15

Lessons 16-30

Lesson 31-47

Advanced stroke mechanics, spin control, and improved footwork patterns.

Tactical drills, point construction, and anticipation skills.

Competitive match scenarios, mental toughness, and adaptive strategies.

Goal: Transition players from basic competency to competitive skill, refining technique and strategy.

OUTCOME

Players develop consistency under pressure, understand strategic play, and can compete effectively at an intermediate level.

Tier 3: Advanced – Mastery and Performance (47 Lessons)

Lessons 1-15

Lessons 16-30

Lesson 31-47

Perfect strokes, serve variety, and advanced footwork for precision.

Match strategy optimization, shot selection, and pattern recognition.

Tournament-style play, mental resilience, and performance consistency.

Goal: Prepare players for high-level performance, match excellence, and mastery of all tennis elements.

OUTCOME

Players complete the advanced tier as confident, versatile, and tactical athletes ready for competitive play.

The Periodic Table of Tennis 
Loyalty System

The Periodic Table of Tennis Loyalty Program features seven progressive tiers designed to reward player dedication. Starting with a welcome level, athletes advance through color-coded tiers—earning rewards such as AG stickers, gift cards, cash bonuses, exclusive discounts, and custom apparel as they complete specific training elements.

Recognizes advancing skill and precision across Elements 3, 11, 19, & 37, awarding a $20 gift card.

Acknowledges full-spectrum achievement by completing ten diverse Elements (1, 6–9, 15–17, 34, 35), earning a prorated $45–$65 coupon based on skill level.
