About our CEO
Mr Perez started teaching Tennis after graduating high school in 2010! He coached alongside his High School coach instructing summer camps! Eventually he went to College playing at a two year College! After finishing college, he went on to become the Head Tennis Coach at Elgin Academy for 6 years! Sterling Perez went on to help the Tennis team achieve the following:

6-Year State Qualifying Coach in Illinois, leading multiple teams to state championships.

Coached top-performing #1 Doubles teams to the state level in 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023, achieving high rankings including sectional champions and top 25 finishes.

Led a #1 Singles player to a 1st place undefeated season (26-0) in the 2023 Fall Girls' State Finals, along with another player finishing 12th.

Consistently guided teams to strong sectional placements and overall high state rankings, with teams finishing as high as 4th place in 2023.
