FSA Medicaid Program

With this program, any child or individual (under 21 years old) on Medicaid can now receive state funding toward tennis lessons at no cost. Steps To Get Started

First Step

The first step is to make sure that you are on Medicaid and that you are qualified to use Medicaid because everybody's not qualified to using Medicaid

Second Step

Second step is to make sure that once the first step is completed you contact FSA in order to become on FSA certified towards the "Pathways To Success"

Third Step

After the second step is completed You could talk to a care coordinator in the FSA office yourself and tell them that you want to be tested to see if you are able to use this program
